Calling all varsity level athletes looking to take their athleticism to the next level...
During this 6-week progressive program, athletes will work on speed agility, footwork, explosiveness, conditioning, and strength. Lead by 3 trainers with 3 different athletic backgrounds. It will always be a FRESH work out!
